Development blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Furthermore contained in this new document drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a notes section detailing distinct parts of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.
