Anthony Joshua will face Jake Paul in an eight-bout fight which will be shown in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "overpower" his opponent as the combatants came face-to-face to publicize next month's heavyweight fight.
Ex two-time unified title holder Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I'm going to break his face and damage his physique. I'm here to prove I'm the better fighter," Joshua, 35 years old, said.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I will genuinely try to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
Despite those words, a composed Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - normally recognized for his dramatics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead criticized ex Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "ridiculous" after Ngannou declined a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at British rival Tyson Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a victory for Paul.
"Jake Paul outshines Fury - he's present here," the boxer said.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of declaring he will damage his opponent, Joshua declined to comment unfavorably about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he said.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has primarily boxed mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He lost to Briton Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
However, the inexperienced fighter remains one of boxing's greatest financial successes, regularly earning huge earnings.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would prevent the much-anticipated Joshua–Fury fight, which is reportedly under discussion for 2026.
"The next fight will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul said.
Size Disparity
As the two fighters met for the customary confrontation, with their height and weight contrast clearly visible, it emphasized just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is really proceeding.
